Symptoms-
When performing migration from TCA 2.3 to 3.0 it gets stuck saying the tca-app pods cannot start on the TCAM due to insufficient CPU. Even you are using X-large deployment size we faced this error.
Can also see PV is in pending state.
Things that can try as troubleshooting
Check have you enabled WFH if using X-Large deployments
Check if you use different certs for 443 and 9443 ports
Check if you using TCA or Admin as user name.
You can set WFH directly from the Appl Mgmt portal
