Symptoms-
We have recently deployed TCA 3.0 Version : 3. 0. 0 Build 22803370 and have observed that once the configuration of both TCA and TCA-CP are done and if the VMs gets rebooted then on TCA:9443 for sometime the error is “”Unable to reach tea service from ingress. Please check the Status of the service by accessing the cluster. And once the UI is up, not able to login to TCA with vCenter credentials.
Cause-
This is while the services are still initialising.
Also the cause can be NTP not in sync.
Resolution-
try - If you are selecting WFH option while OVA deployment then please try with XLARGE configuration.
The issue can be due to NTP ,you can check and reconfigure the NTP as if it was not in sync with the NTP server after VMs rebooted.
Final resolution-
we have to again configure the NTP from TCA and TCA-CP GUI
